Tuning Fork Healing

Sound Healing with Bex Rosa

Music as Medicine. Presence as Practice.

Music has always been how I connect.

For years, I’ve held space as a DJ — bringing people together through rhythm, memory, movement, and shared experience. Over time, my relationship with sound began to shift. I became curious about what happens when the volume lowers, when the tempo slows, when the music isn’t for dancing — but for listening.

Sound healing became a natural extension of that path.

Where DJing energizes and unites a room, sound healing invites you inward. It creates space to soften, regulate, and reconnect with your own internal rhythm.

What Is Sound Healing?

My sound healing work centers around tuning forks and intentional sound to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and emotional clarity.

This isn’t about belief systems.
It isn’t about performance.
It isn’t therapy or medical treatment.

It’s about creating a calm environment where your body can settle and your mind can quiet.

Many people experience:

  • Deep relaxation
  • Emotional release
  • Increased clarity
  • A sense of grounding or balance
  • Creative inspiration
  • Subtle energetic reset

Each experience is personal. There’s no right way to respond.

My Path to This Work

I am a certified tuning fork sound healer, and my training deepened something I had already been living through music for years: sound shifts people.

What makes my approach different is that it’s rooted in lived experience. My journey into healing work didn’t start as a business idea — it started as personal integration. Through grief, transition, and growth, I leaned into reflection, regulation, and sound as a stabilizing force.

Music has always been medicine in my life.
Now I hold space for it intentionally.

I bring the same intuitive presence I use when reading a dance floor — attunement, sensitivity, awareness — into a quieter container designed for restoration rather than celebration.

What a Session Looks Like

Sessions are gentle and supportive.

You remain fully clothed and comfortable, either seated or lying down. I use tuning forks and subtle sound placement to support relaxation and balance. The atmosphere is calm, respectful, and unhurried.

Group sessions create a shared field of quiet connection.
One-on-one sessions offer a more personalized experience.

There is no pressure to “have” a certain experience.
You’re simply invited to receive.

Who This Is For

Sound healing can support you if you are:

  • Feeling stressed or overstimulated
  • Navigating life transitions
  • Seeking emotional clarity
  • Exploring creative or spiritual growth
  • Wanting a gentle reset
  • Curious about sound as a healing modality

No prior experience is required. No specific belief system is expected.

The Thread That Connects It All

Whether I’m DJing a celebration, facilitating an oracle reflection circle, or holding tuning forks in a quiet room, the throughline is the same:

Belonging.

Sound has the ability to bring us back to ourselves and to each other. My work lives at that intersection — where music, reflection, and presence meet.

This is not about fixing you.
It’s about supporting you in remembering your own steadiness.
